Returns Policy

All exchanges and returns have to be done within seven (7) days from date of delivery and three (3) days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.


  • Please take a photo of the defect or incorrect piece and forward it to prior to mailing.
  • For returns due to defect or incorrect pieces received, we will require them to be mailed back to us via registered mail/courier. We will refund postage for any defective or incorrect items returned, up to maximum of P100.00.
  • In such circumstance, if there’s a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon registered article number. However, if the item is no longer available, you will be allowed to make an exchange to another item, or opt for a store credit. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via store credits. There will be strictly no cash refunds.


Important notes:

  1. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in Wear Nishka wrapping bag.
  2. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly. Measurements stated may vary 0.5”-0.75” as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
  3. Minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, etc will NOT be considered for exchange/return/refund.
  4. For printed items, do allow variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
  5. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/return due to such reason will be rejected.
  6. All sale items or any discount tagged items/order are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  7. For light coloured items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
  8. Exchanges will be entertained only once per order (invoiced).


Wear Nishka reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes a defect. If, upon stringent checks, we find that the item does not quality as a defect, customer would have to proceed with return as per our returns policy stated above.
